If you purchased your unit at retail from SSSQUID.com, our shop + warehouse in Colorado, or from an authorized re-seller, you have a full 18-month FREE replacement warranty covering not only manufacturing errors but also the dreaded natural wear*. Please fill out the below form to get the process started.
PRE-ORDER: If you purchased your unit as a pre-order, you may have Version 1, which we have updated to Version 2 with better quality. We are offering a FREE upgrade, just pay a $5 shipping fee (up to 8 roundels; $10 for 9 or more).
Furthermore, all pre-order holders have an extended warranty included, which includes manufacturing defects and any natural* wear/damage. These terms were outlined repeatedly in the dozens of email-blasts sent out over the course of the pre-order period. This warranty is valid up to 24-months from delivery date.
If you do not hear back in 14 days, please resubmit as one or more fields may have been input incorrectly, inhibiting our ability to respond.
